Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Trinity Health Physical Therapy LLC, you will:

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and orthopedic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care, providing updates on patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress to meet regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement projects that enhance service delivery.
• Lead community outreach initiatives to educate and advocate for orthopedic health.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring they operate effectively in assisting with patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, ranging in age from young adults to seniors, who are recovering from a variety of conditions including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your ability to adapt your communication style and treatment approaches to suit diverse cultural backgrounds will be paramount in fostering strong relationships and achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• A current and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and record management software to maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits
