Work Environment

The work setting is a modern rehabilitation facility where you will be able to utilize state-of-the-art tools and equipment that support advanced therapy practices. Working onsite from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to engage with patients in a supportive and well-equipped environment designed for recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment strategies based on individual needs and clinical assessments.
• Implement therapy regimes effectively, utilizing various techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and billing is maintained in compliance with clinic protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to foster multidisciplinary care that enhances patient outcomes.
• Adhere to productivity benchmarks while staying current on the latest physical therapy practices and continuing education.
• Participate actively in team meetings, in-service training, and contribute to program development efforts to improve patient and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic clinical environment while ensuring that therapy equipment is properly kept and available for patient use.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Move Easy, you will work predominantly with orthopedic patients, encompassing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. This includes post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and injury prevention strategies. Our patient demographics are diverse, and you will have the opportunity to help individuals of all ages regain their mobility and return to their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred. Experience with patient education and a commitment to evidence-based practice will be considered helpful as you engage with our patient population.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
