Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and health history to establish individualized treatment goals.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments with a caseload of one patient per hour, allowing for focused attention and care.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide cost-effective treatment solutions that enhance patients' mobility and functionality while reducing their dependency on medications and invasive procedures.
• Combine physical intervention with motivational support, inspiring patients to remain engaged and committed to their rehabilitation journeys.
• Continuously educate patients on exercises and lifestyle changes that encourage strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We cater primarily to orthopedic patients in need of rehabilitation following injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Our diverse patient population ranges from athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors coping with mobility issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to helping these individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life, making a significant impact in their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven history of maintaining a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing exercise protocols.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and motivate patients.

Compensation and Benefits
