Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation center, you will work onsite in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess movement dysfunction and develop targeted treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and billing guidelines to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to integrate care solutions that improve patient outcomes.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices, participating in professional development and team meetings to share innovative approaches.
• Participate in program development and in-service training sessions to enhance both clinical practices and the overall patient experience.
• Uphold a clean and safe clinical environment while assisting in the maintenance and organization of therapy equipment and facilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility focuses primarily on orthopedic rehabilitation, catering to a diverse patient demographic that includes post-surgical patients, individuals recovering from injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for these patients, ensuring that they receive the appropriate care necessary for their rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred from an accredited program.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapy license in Florida or be eligible for licensure.

• Familiarity with WebPT electronic medical record (EMR) system is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly within orthopedic practices.

Compensation and Benefits
