Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Ortholand, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating patients in their home settings, identifying their individual rehabilitation needs following an injury, surgery, or medical condition.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that utilize a variety of methodologies such as therapeutic exercises, stretching maneuvers, manual therapy, and assistive equipment for pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Tracking patient progress meticulously through documentation and reassessment of treatment plans, ensuring adaptive strategies are employed as needed.
• Educating patients, caregivers, and family members on rehabilitation techniques and the appropriate use of therapeutic devices to ensure continuity of care.
• Participating in regular staff meetings and contributing to a collaborative environment aimed at improving patient care and operational efficiency.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops and engaging with professional organizations, thereby enhancing both your skills and the services provided to patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience
