Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, where the Physical Therapist will conduct home visits as part of our home care service. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Move One Physical Therapy, you will take on various responsibilities that are critical to providing top-notch patient care. Your daily tasks will include:

• Educating patients and their families about at-home exercises, postural corrections, and pain management strategies to enhance compliance and ensure positive rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to devise comprehensive care plans, contributing your expertise to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitoring patient progress through regular assessments and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
• Managing documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring all records reflect patient progress and treatment efficacy accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A current physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Current CPR certification at the time of hire.
