Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their medical needs.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions including orthopedic rehabilitation, neurologic therapies, sports medicine, and pediatric care.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that actively engages patients and drives positive health outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring consistency with physician directives.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, mobility strategies, and self-care practices to foster independence.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize the delivery of patient-centered care and achieve maximum effectiveness in treatment outcomes.
• Meet established performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the clinic through effective patient management and service excellence.

Qualifications
