Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and disabilities.

• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards, ensuring timely submission of charges for services rendered.
• Provide consultations to healthcare providers regarding the patients' continuum of care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-management strategies, and rehabilitation exercises to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, to discuss treatment modifications and ensure cohesive patient care.
