Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, enhancing mobility, and restoring functional abilities.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring effective execution of treatment plans and compliance with established care protocols.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional levels using diagnostic assessments, including muscle and joint performance tests, to create individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Assess the home environment of clients and provide recommendations to enhance their independence and safety.
• Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with physicians' prescriptions and adapt treatments based on patient progress.
• Effectively document clinical records including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate actively as a member of multidisciplinary team meetings for case discussions, collaborative care planning, and evaluation of ongoing treatment strategies.
• Guide and educate patients and their families on the proper use of therapy devices and understanding their rehabilitation programs.
• Stay current with industry standards and regulations to ensure best practices in physical therapy and patient care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or home care environment.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home healthcare or outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and treatments, specifically tailored for a wide range of physical ailments and post-surgical recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
