Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, analyzing their medical history and physical condition to create personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment objectives clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in the goal-setting process.
• Implement effective treatment protocols based on individual patient assessments, adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed, while diligently monitoring and documenting changes in a patient's condition and modifying care plans accordingly.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities, including daily notes and discharge summaries, reflecting the patient's journey through care.
• Manage time efficiently, maintaining a full caseload while participating in marketing activities to promote clinic services to the wider community.
• Contribute positively to departmental goals, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards to ensure top-tier care delivery.
• Engage in continuous professional development, pursuing further education opportunities and mentoring less experienced staff or students.
• Support a customer-centered approach to care, examining opportunities to increase access and quality of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
