Position Overview

Strong Bodies Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapists to join our team in the vibrant community of Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapeutic care to help improve their quality of life. Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center is a welcoming and supportive onsite facility in Fort Myers, where you will engage with a diverse patient population in a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere. As a member of our Orthopedic team, you will work 40 hours a week, with variable weekend shifts anticipated. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to determine their functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment protocols, monitor patient progress, and make necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of treatment sessions and progress notes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and guidelines.
• Consult with other healthcare providers regarding patients' continuity of care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote physical health and wellness.
• Supervise and train support staff, ensuring effective service delivery.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and in-service training to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain conditions, or rehabilitating from sports injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
