We offer a supportive work culture, competitive salary and benefits, and real opportunities for professional development.In this role, you'll work closely with our Project Accountants, playing a key part in keeping our financial processes running smoothly and efficiently.What You'll DoProcess accounts payable invoicesProcess employee expense reports for paymentProcess cash receipts on a daily basisAssisting with internal reporting of company airfare travelSet up vendors to pay with ACHUtilize accounting software to generate reporting as requestedPerform special projects as neededWhat You BringObtained or currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or 1-3 years of applicable work experienceMust be proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced computer skills required to learn and utilize accounting/project management softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and stay organized with multiple projects and tasksCompensation & BenefitsAt Walker Consultants, we are committed to maintaining fairness and equity in our pay practices. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $42,000 – $52,000 per year. The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
