Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that effectively address clients’ issues.

• Guide clients in developing coping strategies, social skills, and anger management techniques to mitigate risk behaviors, such as self-injury or aggression.
\n
• Assist clients in improving decision-making abilities and managing in-home behavioral challenges through practical guidance and support.

• Collaborate consistently with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and support the wellbeing of clients and their families.

• Complete and submit required documentation, including intake forms, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely manner.

• Engage in monthly team meetings and fulfill weekly reporting obligations to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with adult clients in a clinical setting.

• Proficient knowledge of various therapeutic approaches, including CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Competence in utilizing the DSM-V for assessment and diagnosis purposes.

• Experience in providing positive behavior support and crisis intervention strategies; willingness to complete further training.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
