Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify and understand their mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic assessments to inform treatment plans.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions aimed at assisting clients in managing and coping with various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, which may include support groups focused on specific issues such as grief or stress management, as well as psychoeducational workshops to enhance client understanding of mental health.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals in collaboration with clients to promote accountability and encourage progress.

• Offer immediate support to clients undergoing crises, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating necessary emergency interventions to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while delivering care, and stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
