Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, or family therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand clients' histories and current challenges, while conducting ongoing risk evaluations to identify any immediate concerns.

• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives based on client progress, ensuring that they remain aligned with best practices.

• Establish and maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries, while fostering a trusting relationship with clients to enhance their therapeutic journey.

• Assist clients in navigating various life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and identity development with sensitivity and support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado or an equivalent certification.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited university.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred, though newly licensed professionals are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The remuneration for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside competitive benefits packages.
