Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments by utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans, thereby guiding clients toward improved mental health.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma responses, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active professional license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by bonuses based on performance.
