Sales Development Rep (Inside Sales)

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Development Rep (sometimes referred to as an Inside Sales Representative) that thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment selling a breadth of IT services, including managed services, security services and software, both custom and product sales. The Sales Development Rep’s Role The focus of this job is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. Key Responsibilities Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understanding customer needs and requirements Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Research accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects Team with channel partners to build pipeline of opportunities Perform effective online demos to prospects Key Requirements A hunter-style sales approach. Proven inside sales experience Track record of over‑achieving quota Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with CRM software Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively BA/BS degree or equivalent This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, driven, hands‑on sales professional.
