Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized support plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, focusing on overcoming emotional and social challenges.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate clients’ current situations, identifying their specific needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

• Set measurable, personalized goals for each case and employ evidence-based methodologies to track progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide ongoing counseling and support during sessions, offering critical information that empowers clients to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress, and communications, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to engage with children and adolescents in school settings who are experiencing mental health challenges or behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology with appropriate licensure to practice as a Clinical Social Worker.

Compensation and Benefits\n
