This is a fully remote position, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while promoting work-life balance. The flexibility of remote work allows you to cater to various client schedules, thus enhancing service accessibility. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring structured support and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges and crafting personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, allowing for flexible scheduling that meets client needs.
\n
• Implementing effective therapeutic interventions, drawing from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to client goals.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and accountability.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and external support services to create comprehensive care plans that promote client well-being and progress.

• Participating in community outreach initiatives and representing It's Your Move Counseling at local events to foster relationships and raise awareness of available mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population spans a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health needs, including individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will work closely with clients from different age groups, cultures, and socio-economic statuses, providing culturally sensitive support and fostering an inclusive healing environment.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding client documentation and compliance.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health care is required, preference will be given to candidates with:
