Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up sessions with clients to evaluate their mental health status and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Develop personalized therapy strategies that address individual client needs, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks.

• Utilize telehealth technology to deliver individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a high level of engagement and client satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) to document client interactions, treatment progress, and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to clients.

• Offer referrals to additional services and resources as necessary to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work directly with a diverse group of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse issues, and behavioral disorders. Our commitment to cultural competence ensures that you will engage with clients from different backgrounds, requiring an understanding of how cultural factors influence mental health and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• At least four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a history of providing effective therapy to varied populations.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven ability to utilize electronic health records systems effectively, ensuring accurate documentation and continuity of care.
