Administrative Assistant

Handle expense reporting and calendar management with precision Plan and coordinate meetings that are productive and impactful Oversee the details for market visits Provide essential documentation and administrative support to keep our operations moving Utilize your tech-savviness with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and more for reports, presentations, and beyond Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in administrative and support staff roles Financial services experience is a huge plus! Sharp reading, writing, and math skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills Strong problem-solving skills - you know how to spot and resolve exceptions in data Effective verbal and written communication (and an eye for grammar!) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building reports, creating pivot tables, and mastering formulas Hard Skills Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint report building pivot tables formulas administrative skills clerical skills Soft Skills problem-solving communication organizational skills time management attention to detail Certifications & Qualifications high school diploma #J-18808-Ljbffr
