Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy via telehealth, utilizing various modalities designed to promote personal growth and well-being.

• Engage with clients to establish therapeutic goals, consistently monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress to uphold ethical standards and comply with organizational guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

• Collaborate with educational staff and other stakeholders to coordinate care and provide additional support to students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves providing therapeutic support to students who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Our multidisciplinary approach allows you to offer a holistic solution that caters not only to students' mental health but also to their educational and social needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on fostering empathetic and non-judgmental relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a school setting or working with adolescents is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems will also be an advantage, allowing for smooth remote therapy operations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management. Additionally, we provide:
