Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic and administrative duties:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client concerns.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, focusing on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to refine treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Social and Family Care Wellness, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our diverse client base includes children, adolescents, couples, and families, allowing you to utilize your skills across different age groups and familial dynamics.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
