Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and develop individual treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in alignment with best practices and legal requirements, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Firefly Support Groups, you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active and valid license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or licensed psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n
