Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, facilitating a safe space for emotional expression and healing.

• Monitor and document client progress with meticulous attention to each individual treatment plan, adjusting therapeutic techniques as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including social workers, psychiatrists, and medical doctors—to develop comprehensive intervention plans.

• Proactively follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians regarding hospital admissions to ensure continuity of care and support post-discharge.

• Identify high-risk behaviors that could impede recovery and develop strategies to mitigate these challenges, enabling clients to achieve sustainable mental wellness.

• Provide guidance to family members and primary caregivers, equipping them with effective tools to manage mental and behavioral challenges collaboratively with clients.

Qualifications\n
