Job Description This company is seeking a high‑performing Business Development professional to drive growth across the Bay Area within key commercial sectors. The ideal candidate is a well‑connected, self‑driven individual with an established network and a proven ability to generate and close large‑scale opportunities. This is a relationship‑focused role with significant earning potential and strong internal support. Requirements Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors. Must bring an existing book of business within the Bay Area. Strong relationships across senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and/or property management sectors. Demonstrated track record of generating and closing large commercial deals (>$1M). Ability to travel locally and cover the Bay Area territory. Self‑starter with strong networking, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to successfully transition projects from sales to operations. Actively represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions. Work alongside an established team of Business Development professionals. Expected to achieve a first‑year revenue target of $500K+.
