What You'll Do

• Own execution of large, complex HVAC and power projects nationwide
• Lead installations, commissioning, operations, and decommissioning
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, logistics, and branch resources
• Manage safety plans, site risk, and compliance
• Control schedules, budgets, utilization, and change orders
• Act as the primary client-facing leader on-site
• Produce clear documentation, reports, and daily updates
• Balance field leadership with computer-based work and virtual meetings

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years in HVAC rental, power generation, or similar environments
• Experience managing large projects, emergency response, or complex deployments
• Strong technical knowledge of climate control and/or power systems
• Comfortable leading without formal authority
• Organized, decisive, calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy and disciplined with reporting and documentation
• Willing to travel extensively and be on-call as needed
