Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create detailed, personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.

• Lead therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions in individual, couples, family, and group formats, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic atmosphere.

• Regularly monitor client progress, evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans and making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate parent support groups and provide psychoeducation focused on the unique challenges of clients, especially regarding placement and adoption issues involving prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation and records in compliance with state regulations, ensuring all client interactions are well-documented for continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Sunshine Psychological Services, your primary focus will be on serving diverse clients, including individuals, couples, families, and specific populations facing significant mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
