Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to meet the specific needs of students.

• Provide crisis assessment and intervention, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to students in immediate need.

• In compliance with legal and ethical standards, assess suicidal concerns, arrange for hospitalization when necessary, and formulate treatment plans including referrals for long-term care.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and other technologies to deliver services effectively, ensuring accessibility for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse adolescent and college-aged population. You will address a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By employing culturally sensitive approaches, you will help students navigate personal and educational hurdles, while providing a safe and open space for dialogue.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, along with a valid LCSW license. Candidates holding a fully licensed LMHC or equivalent will also be considered.

• At least three years of post-master's clinical experience in case management and providing direct therapy services.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing treatment for adolescents or young adults in a school or educational setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
