Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions tailored to diverse client needs, employing a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities.

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique circumstances and progress.

• Document all client interactions and progress meticulously to maintain accurate records, fulfilling legal and ethical obligations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will be diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups dealing with a range of mental health concerns. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role will be pivotal in providing culturally competent care, adapting your approach to engage effectively with clients from different demographics and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• An active state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon is essential for practice.

• Demonstrable ability to formulate professional evaluations and make informed recommendations for treatment plans.
