Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' unique needs and formulate personalized treatment plans addressing those needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community connections and help address common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to create a cohesive care plan that supports holistic patient management.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as required, ensuring patients receive immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can assist them.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and legally compliant documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development to enhance your skills and stay current with advances in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents facing a wide array of mental health challenges, ensuring they receive tailored interventions that acknowledge their backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Proficient in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions, particularly to varied demographics.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.

• High ethical standards with sound judgment in professional practice.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications relevant to patient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
