Title: Accounts Payable Associate
Salary: $60,000 - 75,000
Location: Boston
- The Company: Established high-end residential construction and service firm with multiple locations across New England and New York.
- The Opportunity: The Accounts Payable Associate will play a key role in automating and enhancing the AP function.
- The Culture: Close-knit, laid-back environment with flexibility
- Manage AP workflow to ensure timely approvals and month-end close.
- Validate, match, and enter invoices; resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and prepare monthly accruals.
- Maintain organized AP records and handle vendor inquiries.
- Support audits and assist with additional tasks as needed.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or experience equivalent
- 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Sage 300 / construction industry experience preferred
