Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, evidence-based mental health counseling sessions through secure live video discussions, focusing on individual adult clients.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to deliver comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Utilize clinical tools such as symptom self-assessments, functional improvement indicators, and goal progress measures to tailor treatment plans to each client's changing needs.

• Engage regularly in team consultation sessions to discuss challenging cases and receive guidance from leadership and peers.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations.

• Participate in team meetings, contributing to clinical discussions aimed at improving services and promoting mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with adults, including those facing severe mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid license to practice independently as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) with at least one year of experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
