Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patient histories, performing assessments, and developing targeted recommendations to establish a personalized treatment plan.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, engaging them in the goal-setting process to enhance outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient profiles, adapting strategies as needed based on ongoing assessments and the evolving healthcare landscape.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
