Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients, identifying functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring they receive effective and efficient care.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families about treatment processes and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate actively with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians and referral sources, to discuss treatment progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness, increasing awareness of physical therapy benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
