Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health history and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and specifically tailored to address each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Lead engaging therapeutic sessions that include individual, family, and group therapy, leveraging a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Continuously monitor and track clients’ progress, utilizing outcome measurement tools to inform decision-making and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring accountability and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans to ensure their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide coordinated care that addresses all facets of a client’s health.

• Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment strategies to continually enhance therapeutic practices and clinical skills.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions and professional development workshops to refine skills and explore new therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n
