As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and badge-related activities. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.57 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate common areas, offices, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain an orderly environment for occupants and guests. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required. Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
