Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services, including individual, couple, and family therapy, tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to inform and guide personalized treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive understanding of clients’ backgrounds and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in treatment and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with primary care physicians, case managers, and other community resources to coordinate care, enabling seamless support for each client.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and share insights with colleagues.

• Manage an active caseload that reflects your specialized skills and areas of expertise, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from underserved communities and those facing a variety of mental health challenges such as trauma, mood disorders, family issues, and crises. Your role is vital in fostering trust and understanding, empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys with confidence.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Arizona, certified to practice independently.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, emphasizing clinical practice.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated ethical proficiency and sound clinical judgment in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with specific populations, including children, veterans, or LGBTQIA+ individuals, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms is preferred; however, training is provided for selected candidates.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with options for W2 or 1099 employment arrangements.
