Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to establish their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their challenges, helping them cultivate resilience and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is mandatory; however, a Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is highly preferred.

• A current and valid California license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and their families effectively.

• Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in recording and evaluating client information, data handling, and preparing comprehensive psychological documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in telehealth or virtual therapeutic environments is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools that facilitate efficient client management and communication will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, in addition to a robust benefits package that includes:
