Strategic Major Account Manager, Spectrum Business

How YouWillMake an Impact
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual new revenue and renewal quotas through strategic account management and consultative sales
- Conduct proactive needs analyses and execute account strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Monitor assigned accounts toidentifyrevenue growth opportunities and improve service levels
- Present tailored proposals andfacilitatesales presentations to address client business challenges
- Broaden SpectrumBusiness'sreach by cultivating relationships and securing contract renewals with new and existing contacts
- Qualify new leads, coordinate sitesurveysandsubmitreturn on investment analyses to sales management
- Maintainaccuratesales databases to track client information and sales activities
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support and Marketing teams to enhance the client experience
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and stay informed on market trends
- Ensure compliance with Spectrum policies to mitigate risks and support account success

- Office-based role with regular travelrequiredto client locations within assigned footprint
What You Will Bring to Spectrum
RequiredQualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization (GED)
Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals
Skills
- Read, write,speakand understand English
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacityand fiber-connected networks
- Proven product and technical knowledge
- Effective relationship building, networking, negotiation and closing skills
- Quick learner able to apply new knowledge and partner with support resources for account growth
- Valid driver's license, safe drivingrecordand willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals selling data, voice and video solutions in the telecommunications B2B industry
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel, Word,PowerPointand Outlook

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $104,800.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $88,800 .
