Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that address these needs.

• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family counseling sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations and personal data protection laws.

• Explore and employ current best practices in mental health counseling, actively engaging in continued education and professional development activities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
