Single Pathway Psychiatry is actively seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our innovative mental health team. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to contribute from the comfort of your home while still maintaining strong connectivity with colleagues and patients alike. As part of a collaborative team, you will engage in regular virtual meetings and consultations to ensure integrated and holistic care. While the primary hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening and weekend shifts may be scheduled on a rotational basis, ensuring we meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including their severity and frequency, and record these findings accurately.
• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans, addressing their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, helping them understand mood disorders and navigate treatment options.
• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to better meet their evolving needs.
• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to formulate integrated treatment strategies.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all sessions, assessments, and treatments in accordance with legal and ethical requirements.
• Engage in continual professional development through case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and best practice in mental health treatment.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, working actively to de-stigmatize mental health concerns and supporting the promotion of mental wellness within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will engage with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds and differing experiences, offering tailored therapeutic support to foster resilience and coping strategies. A commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity is essential for effectively serving this varied clientele.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience, with a particular focus on mood disorders.

Preferred Experience

• Proven expertise in therapeutic interventions, particularly CBT and DBT, with a strong capacity for understanding psychopharmacology.
• A documented history of positive client outcomes in treating mood disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster rapport and connection with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
