High Precision Therapeutic Center is a premier rehabilitation center located in the heart of San Francisco, California. Our facility boasts 5,000 square feet of advanced sports medicine space designed to optimize recovery and enhance patient experiences. Our dedicated team consists of 2 experienced physical therapists and 1 physical therapy assistant, ensuring a supportive and collaborative atmosphere focused on delivering superior care. Most of our clientele have private health insurance, allowing us to offer a range of comprehensive treatment options.

Work Environment

Our center operates in an onsite rehabilitation setting, where interaction with patients and teamwork is integral to our approach. As a Physical Therapist at High Precision Therapeutic Center, you will work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life environment. The state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities are equipped with modern treatment tools and technology, enabling you to deliver the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and goals to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that promote optimal recovery.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, providing focused, one-on-one care.
• Utilize various treatment modalities and techniques to improve patients' mobility and functionality.
• Implement non-surgical treatment alternatives to minimize dependence on medications.
• Design and adjust personalized fitness and wellness programs based on individual assessments.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient responses and progress.
• Proactively motivate patients to adhere to treatment plans and achieve their personal health goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to enhance patient care.
• Evaluate and monitor treatment effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse patient population primarily comprised of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and age-related conditions affecting mobility. Your role will be crucial in helping these patients regain their independence, improve their strength, and enhance their overall well-being. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California without any disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and personalized exercise program development.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable.
• A track record of successfully working within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
