Key Responsibilities

• Directing individualized physical therapy treatment to prevent disability, relieve pain, and enhance or restore muscle function in accordance with established care plans.
• Overseeing physical therapy assistants to ensure the appropriate implementation of treatment protocols and activities, providing guidance as needed.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions through diagnostic and functional assessments, including tests related to strength, movement, and coordination.
• Assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals by developing and modifying treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, traction, and other modalities as directed by physicians, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
• Advising on appropriate modifications in the home environment to enhance patient independence and success in rehabilitation.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' conditions and responses to therapy, adjusting care plans, and communicating changes with the healthcare team.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to share insights and coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Preparing detailed clinical documentation and reports, including evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, compliant with regulatory standards.
• Instructing patients and their families on using therapy devices, understanding rehabilitation processes, and enhancing at-home care techniques.
• Actively working to meet organizational goals for patient outcomes and satisfaction while adhering to institutional policies and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
