This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions with clients via telehealth platforms. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Soul Restoration, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role is crucial in providing empathetic support and evidence-based treatment that empowers clients to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of an active, independent license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice in Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing therapy and developing care plans.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in virtual communication settings, ensuring clarity and rapport with clients.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and tools to deliver therapy sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
