Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans based on validated methods and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in therapy services, including demonstrated success in treatment planning.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in virtual therapy settings, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and best practices, ensuring an effective client experience.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
