Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to gather information about clients' psychological health and individual needs, using standardized assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and ongoing feedback.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions via teletherapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused therapy.

• Assist clients experiencing crisis situations by providing immediate crisis intervention services, followed by appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Participate regularly in continuing education and training to remain updated on best practices in the mental health field, enhancing both personal and team competency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients across a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, relationship difficulties, and other mental health conditions, helping them navigate their unique journeys toward recovery and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental disposition, essential for effectively supporting clients from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage your caseload effectively, all while minimizing administrative burdens.

• No history of disciplinary actions on board.
