Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience with cross-categorical instructional strategies
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with structured teaching models, visual supports, and adaptive interventions
• Skilled in collaborating with aides, related service providers, and other educational staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction that aligns with grade-level standards and individualized IEP goals
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including sensory and communication supports, to address diverse student needs
• Implement behavioral and social-emotional interventions within the classroom setting
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages growth and participation for all students
• Collaborate regularly with aides, 1:1 support staff, and related service providers to ensure seamless, coordinated care and instruction throughout the school day
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary team members
