Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Special Education
• Current Illinois Licensure in Special Education
• Previous experience working in a school setting is beneficial
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to individualized student needs and collaborative teamwork

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver specialized instruction tailored to 3rd-5th grade students in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and families to foster an inclusive classroom environment
• Track student progress and maintain thorough records
• Support student growth academically, socially, and behaviorally
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
