Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a flexible work schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts based on the needs of the students and the organization. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to identify the emotional, social, and educational needs of students.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions addressing issues such as grief, adjustment, anxiety, and social skills.

• Collaborate with educational staff and medical teams to create inclusive support plans that enhance student well-being.

• Coordinate with community organizations to facilitate post-intervention services and ensure continuity of care for students and families.

• Offer parent and family education regarding mental health resources and treatment options to empower their involvement in the care process.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately, following legal and ethical standards within the social work field.

• Assist in the development and implementation of school-based programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and addressing student needs.

• Be available for crisis intervention by addressing urgent emotional issues that may arise during school hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele includes students from diverse backgrounds, ages K-12, who may be experiencing a range of challenges related to mental health, social dynamics, and transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
